Shon’tell LaRochelle, (MSN, PMHNP-BC)
Empowered and collaborative mental health care
Hi! I’m Shon’tell and here to support your next steps to mental wellbeing.
I provide mental health diagnosis, treatment and medication management for adults, and children.
My approach to care is holistic and collaborative. While you may not know precisely what is causing your mental health concerns, I firmly believe in empowering you to make informed decision, especially the role and impact medications play in mental health recovery.
I provide psychiatric diagnosis, with treatment plans that often combine psychotherapy, medication management and alternative treatment options such as Long-Acting Injectables, Spravato and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy.
Growing up at a time when LGBTQIA+ people were hidden, I want to provide you with a different experience. I create a safe place where you can see me as both a lesbian woman and a well-educated, empathetic healthcare provider.
Paul Boring (MSN, PMHNP)
Relaxed and informed mental health prescribing to heal and thrive
I continually learn and research LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent affirming care, including my specialized training and experience with Peacock Mental Health. Mental health care should be a safe space for you, even if you are still figuring out who you are.
As a cis gay man from Arizona, I am dedicated to improving the mental wellbeing of our LGBTQIA+ community in Arizona. With longer appointments, you are able to take time and share your experience and I will help you navigate your mental health journey. I will listen, then provide education as we will work together to find the best treatment path to achieve the quality of life you deserve.
I love to play music, and want to know your favorite music styles too. I also bring my interest in nutrition, exercise and mental health into a holistic approach to your psychiatric care.
I completed my Masters of Nursing Practice at the Frontier Nursing University. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I am able to complete various mental health assessments, provide psychotherapy, and diagnose, treat and prescribe for psychiatric conditions at all ages.
I am really looking forward to getting to know you!

I believe there is inner healing wisdom inside everyone and my goal is to help you reunite with yours. I am passionate about psychedelic-assisted therapy. I believe these medicines are sacred gifts that can help us gain new insights into ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.
As an experienced family nurse practitioner with a background in nutrition, my psychiatric psychiatry education furthers my holistic approach to healthcare. Ask me about ketamine retreats, my Zendo guide experience or spiritual healing!
I can medically clear you for Spravato treatment, Ketamine assisted psychotherapy and also guide your psychedelic treatment in individual, group and retreat settings. Under the supervision of Dr. Az, I am able to to complete various mental health assessments, provide psychotherapy, and diagnose, treat and prescribe for psychiatric conditions at all ages.
I look forward to meeting you where you’re at and helping you move forward on your healing journey.
Dr. Az del Pino, (DNP, PMHNP-BC)
Affirming and thorough care and education
Hey, Dr. Az (DNP-PMHNP) here!
I work closely with you to navigate your journey to better mental health. In my time with you I will listen carefully and together we will work on a treatment plan; often including therapy, medication, and lifestyle strategies. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, gender dysphoria, and gender-affirming surgery assessments.
I started this practice for you, all of you!
As a bi guy (with ADHD) I have experienced judgment and assumptions in healthcare services. These interactions put barriers to accessing the best care and I want a better experience for you.
I believe everyone deserves high-quality care which affirms and celebrates who you are. With me, you are safe to be your full self, even if you are still discovering what that means. All genders, sexualities, kinks, and relationship styles are welcome, and my care will take into consideration your whole self. The intersection of my life experiences and formal training has uniquely placed me to specialize.
Let’s work together to improve your mental health… without unnecessary shaming!
My partner and I are originally from Australia, and I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice in Tucson at the University of Arizona. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I am able to complete various mental health assessments, provide psychotherapy, and diagnose, treat and prescribe medications for all ages.
